Southway Surgery’s Patient Participation Group is seeking new members.
The PPG is open to all registered patients of Southway Surgery.
It meets 4 times a year with the aim of listening to patients views on how the make the practice work best for all of our patients.
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff. New faces are welcome to join us. A member of staff will attend all meetings, usually the Business Manager. The PPG reviews complaints and suggestions as well as the outcome of the annual patient survey.
As a member, you can attend meetings at the surgery, which take place during the working day. Alternatively, we are looking to set up a virtual option for those who are only able to contribute outside of working hours.
