Complaints

We are sorry if you feel dissatisfied with your care at the Surgery and feel a complaint needs to be made. Please do not hesitate to speak to a member of staff at the surgery first to see if the problem can be resolved.

All complaints in the first instance should be addressed in writing to our Practice Manager, Viv George. She will read your complaint and aim to reply to you by phone or letter within a week (providing she is in).

If you still remain dissatisfied, you have the right to ask N.H.S ENGLAND to review your complaint.

PALS— You can also contact the Patient and Complaints Team on: 03001231672 or text for a call back on 07789 741099, pals.devon@nhs.net

Issues solely about services at NHS GP’s dentist’s opticians or pharmacies should call on 03003 112233 who provide information and advice service and a complaint handling service.

Should you have a particular problem with a chemist, please talk to them as we are not responsible for their errors and cannot prevent them.

Please note that we are not responsible for the management of the car park outside of the Surgery. Should you have a complaint about it, you should contact Plymouth City Council.
